The series of games of the regular Basketball Championship of Kazakhstan among men's teams of the National League has come to the end. Two days on the Republican cycle track «Saryarka», the home court of «Astana», the capital team played with «Barsy Atyrau.»
The first game of the teams ended with the victory of «Astana» with a score of 72:65. The second game also did not make adjustments to the overall standings. The victory was celebrated by Astana team with a score of 92:72.

- First of all, I want to congratulate all the fans of «Astana» with another victory. We continue winning series in the Championship of Kazakhstan and this is a good news, however, it is impossible to say that I am satisfied with the quality of the game, which we demonstrated. Perhaps, emotional devastation affected us after the victory over «Zenit,» and we did not recover psychologically, nevertheless, we are professionals and should come for every match with full concentration and full dedication. Yesterday, the game was more complicated, we controlled the whole game, but could not take the lead. In today's match, in the second half we have broken the course of the game in our favor, achieved a comfortable advantage for ourselves and brought the match to victory. Now we will analyze these games, work on the mistakes and prepare for further games. Well, the players of the National Team will now start preparing for the qualifying match for the World Cup.
«Astana» will hold its next game on its home court, on the 27th and 28th of February the capital basketball players will host Kostanay «Tobol» in the frame of National League of the Championship of Kazakhstan.
